Performance and application:
Non-antimony metal passivation agent is a water-soluble metal deactivator, which can simultaneously suppress vanadium and nickel pollution to the FCC catalyst in FCC unit. Its effective components can be adjusted according to nickel and vanadium content in the raw materials and catalyst pollution levels, for reasonable and effective control of the nickel, vanadium pollution to FCC catalyst, enhancing and improving the catalyst activity and selectivity and increasing the overall profit.
This passivator does not contain organic antimony compounds, thus greatly reduce the environment and human health hazards of organic antimony compounds in the traditional antimony passivator.
Use method:
The injecting point of DAEON 513 non-antimony metal passivator should be located downstream all the heaters, on the feedstock pipe 4m away from the lift line. 20-50% solution diluted with water can be injected at the amount generally dependent on the Ni, V content in raw materials and Ni, V deposition on the equilibrium catalyst, generally maintaining non-antimony actives PN: Ni ratio of 0.6-0.7 in the equilibrium catalyst. Recommended dosage is 100-200ppm.
Package and store:
200L(n.w200kg) plastic drum packaging. Stored in a cool and dry place for one year.
