Description:
This product is combined of hydroxypropyl quaternary ammonium cationic and Inorganic polymer cationic compounds. It’s suitable for pretreament of sewage with high oil content . it’s widely used in sewage treatment of oilfield and refinery and oil-water separation of other industries .
Specification:
Appearance: yellow liquid Density : 20℃,1.00~1.20g/cm3 PH: 1% Water solution, 3.0-5.0
Solid content: ≥30%
Oil removal rate: 55℃±5℃ 50mg/L, ≥80%。
Usage:
1. Add this agent into the sewage through proportioning pump after diluted with water by 2-5 times, stirring if possible and the oil will floating up after sedimentation.
2. Reference concentration: 20-80PPm, The best concentration determined by field test of sewage.
3. During the comprehensive treatment of water, add this agent first, then add flocculating agent in water after separating the oil and water.

Attentions:
1. As an acidic agent, the materials of dosing pump should be stainless steel or plastic.
2. The agent concentration is high, there will be crystallization on the drum bottom after long-term placed .Stirring or pouring out the upper liquid then add water to wash stripping lower crystallization (still active) before use.
Package and storage:
1. Packed in plastic drums ,net 200kg.
2. Handle with care, prevent exposure to the sun
3. Stored in a cool and ventilated place, valid for one year.
