The desander can be moved vertically or on an incline and be either skid-based or mounted on top of a drying shaker/ mud cleaner. Available in optional steel with silicon carbide. 12" Hydrocyclones Capacity VSP-112 500gpm VSP-212 1000gpm VSP-312 1500gpm 10" Hydrocyclones Capacity VSP-110 500 gpm VSP-210 1000gpm VSP-310 1500 gpm HL Petroleum desanders make separations between 40 and 100 microns and offer the flexibility of mounting either one, two, or three 10" desander cones over a cone underflow pan. Each 10" hydrocyclone processes 500 gpm at 75 feet of head, allowing for a maximum capacity of 1500 gpm. The underflow can be discarded or directed onto a vibrating screen for further processing. HL Petroleum desanders are also available in vertical or inclined manifold stand-alone models, or for inclined mounting on HL Petroleum shakers. |
