Second, product quality standards: enterprise standards
Diacetone Acrylamide has two reactive groups: N-substituted amide and methanone, which are easy to copolymerize with other ethylene and monomers, thereby introducing ketone carbonyl groups into the polymer, using the chemical properties of ketone carbonyls, the polymer can undergo cross-linking branches and other reactions, which are used to prepare various adhesives, thickeners, paper reinforcing agents, cross-linking agents, etc. It has been widely used in coatings, adhesives, daily chemicals, epoxy resin curing agents, photosensitive resin additives, textile auxiliaries, medical and health and other fields.

Application
Often referred to as diamine, English name Acrylamide, N- (1,1-dimethyl-3-oxobutyl) abbreviated as DAAM. The applications of DAAM are as follows:
(1) Application in hair treatment agent
The important characteristics of diamines are that their homopolymers or copolymers are insoluble in water, but have "water respiration", water absorption rate of 20% ~ 30% of their own weight, when the ambient humidity is less than 60%, it can also release water. Taking advantage of this feature, diamines are mainly used to produce hair spray fixatives and photosensitive resins.
(2) Application in photosensitive resin
The production of photosensitive resin with bright, hard acid-base resistant solid diamine homopolymer can make the resin light sensitive fast, and the non-image part is easily removed after exposure, so as to obtain a clear image and good strength, solvent resistance and water resistance layout.
Another important use of diamines is the partial replacement of gelatin. Gelatin is used in photosensitive emulsions, taking advantage of almost all the special properties of gelatin, so it has been difficult to find the ideal product to replace for more than 100 years. High-purity photographic gelatin will be in short supply in China for a long time, and it is estimated that domestic photosensitive materials will need about 2500t of gelatin per year, but the current domestic production of photographic gelatin is only hundreds of tons.
(3) For the preparation of plastic letterpress printing plate
(4) Application on adhesives
It can be used as a bonding accelerator and improver for fibrous compounds, cement, glass, aluminum and polyvinyl chloride, and can also be made into pressure-sensitive adhesives, and can also be used as a heat-sensitive adhesive for paper, textiles and propylene-based polymer plastic films.
(5) Application in other aspects
In addition to the above applications, Diacetone Acrylamide can also be widely used in various other fields:
(1) It can be used as a curing agent for epoxy resin, ship bottom antirust paint, ship bottom underwater coating, acrylic resin coating, unsaturated polyester and other coatings;
(2) the water-soluble copolymer monomer of Diacetone Acrylamide is effectively used for clarification with suspended solids;
(3) It can be used as a laser recording material for thermal production;
(4) Used as glass anti-blurring agent;
