KRD bulk drying system is built on the prominent components and advanced technologies,, with reasonable layout and reliable process, which consists of KRD high performance bulk mixer, a heater (via electricity, steam or combustion), a cooler (via condensation and air), a heating exchanger, a centrifugal fan and a 2-phase filtration system. The primary filter will clean the medium continuously; and the secondary filter will collect fine particles; and in the same time heat pumps will increase the total thermal efficiency. The KRD Bulk Drying system will dry the materials in a gentle condition to achieve the optimal operation cost.
Heated air is blown into the mixer and mixed with material. During this heat exchange, the moisture will be evaporated from the material. Moist air will pass through the filter and be drafted into the cooler via the fan for condensation and then be reheated. When drying very moist materials, dry materials will be added to ensure that the fluidization and the drying rate. Both closed and open bulk drying systems are available. The system usually is equipped with a series of dryers, and materials are processed batch by batch. For some special applications, the dryer can operate continuously where material is separated from the exhaust air through a cyclone or a filter system. |
