Product performance: This product is colorless to pale yellow viscous liquid, is quaternary ammonium type cationic surfactant. It Soluble in water, non-flammable, good hydrolytic stability, strong adaptability to PH value change, chlorine resistant. Specific gravity is about 1.02 g/cm 3, decomposition temperature is 150 ℃. It is compatible with other non-ionic, cationic surfactant. This product does not contain formaldehyde, can turn over to fabric linked film, fixing ability, can improve color fastness of fabric bright shade.

Performance characteristics
1, The product aldehyde fixing agent for reactive dyes and direct dyes fixing or fixing of printed fabrics. Good light fastness, improve wet fastness of fabric.
2, Enhance reactive dyeing or printing material soaping, washing, perspiration, rubbing, ironing, sun fastness no formaldehyde fixing agent.
3, Does not affect vividness of pollutants, had no effect on shade, is conducive to dyeing products accurately standard production.

Applied Technology
The fixing agent dosage depends on color of fabric shades, recommended dosage as follows:
1, Impregnation method: 0.2 to 0.7%(o.w.f)
2, Padding: 4 ~ 10g / L
The specific amount is through specimen discretion to adjust process in order to achieve the best results. As used in finishing process, can use with nonionic softener bath.

Packaging and storage
125 kg plastic drum, dark storage at room temperature, storage period is 1 year.
