SilibaseRA-4LED Epoxy Resin LED Release Agent has good performance on high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, mold surface lubrication and ensure the gloss of epoxy LED surface. SilibaseRA-4LED Epoxy Resin LED Release Agent has good compatibility with various organic compounds, moderate volatile, without solvent residual, volatile moderate and has recoated property. Features: ● Low level of in-mold build-up or mold fouling ● Promotion of material flow where needed ● High release ease. multiple releases 3-5times. ● Slip levels between mold and epoxy that can cope with extreme mold. ● Optimal, consistent, surface finish quality based on customer specifications. Physical Data: ● Appearance：Transparent colorless liquid ● Viscosity：300Cs-350Cs ● Stripping force：N100㎡-≤40 ● Moulding temperature℃：70℃-250℃ ● Density：0.71g/ml Usage Advice: ● Cleaning of the mold with a solvent or cleaning agent to remove the old residual mold release agents or other dirty then wipe clean with a clean cloth ● After stir well, use a spray gun evenly spray release oil on the mold. ● Wait epoxy finished warming or after curing and then take it out. Caution & Storage: ● Use adequate protection when handling any release solvent system. ● Storage 18 months hermetically under indoor normal temperature. ● Wear safety glasses or their equivalent to prevent eye injury. ● Avoid inhalation of excessive amount of solvent vapor.
