Product Introduction
The impeller is rotated by V-belt of motor and produces centrifugal effect with negative pressure. Enough air is inhaled into mixed pulp, and pulp mixes with drug at the same time. Mineral sticks on bubble completely and floats on the surface of pulp to form mineralized bubble. Useful bubble is scraped out by adjusting flashboard height and controlling liquid surfac. Operating Principle SF Froth Flotation Machine, Copper Ore Flotation Machine can be used to separate non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal, noble metal, non-metallic mine, chemical material. It can be used in roughing, scavenging, selection or reverse flotation. In the flotation process, after being mixed with drug, some qualified mineral attaches on bubble, floats on the surface of slurry and is scraped out, other mineral still stays in the slurry, so the separating purpose is finished. Main Characteristics 1.It uses of unmanned automatic control system, simplifying operation. 2.The mineralization system, distribution system and flotation tank are made of special wear-resistant materials, which is abrasion-resistant, light and strong, prolonging the service life of the equipment. 3.Mineralization machine adopts special structure, so that the air is sheared more finely, and mixed with the pulp and medicament more uniformly and reasonably. 4.Mineralization system is not easy to jam, so that maximize plant extraction under the premise of meeting fine coal ash requirement. |
