Fluorine water and oil repellent finishing agent
The HF series of fluorine water repellent oil repellent agent are for cotton, hemp, polyester, flax, and various synthetic blended fabrics, which is versatile for the water, oil & smudge repellent finishing. These series are non contain PFOS / PFOA / APEO substances environment protection, and fluorinated copolymer aqueous dispersion liquid has a good function to refuse water repellent, oil and dirt. The fabrics & textiles are safe after finished, and environmentally friendly. Character Components: fluorine compounds Appearance: light yellow or cream white liquid PH value: Acidic, appox 3.1~ 5.8 Ionicity: weak cation ion Assay: 30% +/- 0.5 Specific Weight : 1.03 +/- 0.01 Solubility in water: any dilution dispersed in the water Features: It can be endued cotton, linen, polyester, blended fabric good water and oil repellent properties; Does not change the original feel of the fabric, does not change color; Have good stability and compatibility with other additives, non-stick rollers; Finishing fabric safety, environmental protection, non-PFOS / PFOA / APEO substances; Usage Standard Dosage: Polyester, nylon fabric: 10 ~ 35 g / L Cotton, polyester cotton fabric: 20 ~ 60 g / L Technology in using: Padding → drying → baking Drying temperature, time: 110 ° C × 2 min Curing temperature, time: 170 ° C × 1 min Remark The above information are our company’s experimental data, not the actual application results.
