GK35-2C Bag Closing Machine: Single needle machine for closing of all kinds of filled bags made of multi-wall paper, PP/PE woven cloth, jute, cotton bags etc. Equipped with mechanically operated continuously running thread chain cutting knives, the operator has to guide the thread chain between these knives for cutting the thread chain at the end of the seam.
Start-stop: actuated by foot switch of column Thread chain cutter: by continuously driven nibbler knives Standard needle: 80800x 250# Stitch type: Double threads chain stitch 401 (Single thread chain stitch is available) Stitch length: adjustable from 6.5-11 mm, standard setting 8 mm Speed: up to 2000 RPM, depending on sewing material and operation Net weight: 33Kg Package: Carton,500*500*330mm As our standard bag closers do not include any electric components, they can be installed in ex-proof locations. |
