Heavy Duty Gear Grease 6101
Product Description ◆BODA 6101 series oil is formulated from synthetic oil thickened by compound soap base thickener and is added with antioxidant, antirust and anti-extreme pressure and other additives. It meets standard SH/T0496-94. Features & Benefits ◆Excellent extreme pressure anti-wear performance, the film can withstand impact load of 2.45×105N. ◆Excellent viscosity and recoating performances. ◆Outstanding antirust and water-proof abilities. ◆In generally, gears shall be recoated once in 3?6 months to ensure normal operation of equipment. Application ◆Be applicable for lubrication to various low speed, medium and heavy duty gears, chain wheels and joints, lubrication with brush is preferred. ◆Be applicable for lubrication to gear with speed under 5m/sec, lubrication effect shall be inspected when it is used on equipment operated at higher linear speed. ◆Temperature range:-20～+120℃. |
