Herb Source: From the rhizome of the Zingiber officinale(Willd) Rosc. Active Ingredients: Mailly Including volatile oils and gingerols. Take the volatile oils for example: contain zingiberol, zingiberene, bisabolene, linalool, cineole ect; and else, gingerols contain gingddiols, gingerone, ginggerdones and so on. Purity: Gingerols 2.5%-3%-5%-6% Tested By HPLC. Main Ingredients: 10-Gingerol CAS No: 23513-15-7 Molecular Formula: C21H34O4 Molecular Weight: 350.50 Brief: Light yellow fine power, tastes a little pungent. Pharmacology: The active ingredients in ginger can prevent fat in food peroxidated, slow down its pace of deterioration. The main ingredient gingerol play as a strong anti-free radical role.
