Specs:LFR-8001 LFR-8001 Halogen-free organic phosphorus flame retardant specialized for plastics 1. Introduction: LFR-8001 is an organic aluminum salt flame retardant containing phosphorus. It is white powder with fine particle size, high hydrophobicity, high temperature resistance and non-migration. It is mainly applied to engineering plastics such as polyester (PET, PBT) and nylon (glass fiber reinforced and unreinforced), epoxy based laminates for printed circuit boards. It has excellent flame retardant efficiency with nitrogenous flame retardant. 2. Application: a. 8001 can be applied to halogen-free flame retardant epoxy based laminates for printed circuit boards, be the same with flexible printed circuit board. b. 8001 can be applied to halogen-free flame retardant PBT, PET. It can be used alone, or compounded with MPP or MCA. c. 8001 can be applied to halogen-free flame retardant PA6 and PA66 by compounding with MPP or MCA. d. Halogen-free flame retardant PA6T/66 can usually reach UL94V-0 (at 0.8-1.6mm thickness) with 15% 8001 added. e. 8001 is especially suitable for high-end application products which have strict requirements on halogen-free flame retardant and electrical properties. f. 8001 can also be applied to halogen-free flame retardant modification of special high-end cable, hot melt adhesive, coating, sealant and other thin wall material parts, which all have good surface quality, dispersity, hydrolytic resistance, non-migration, comprehensive mechanical properties and so on. 4. Packaging & Storage: 20KG in one paper-plastic composite bag, which is lined with plastic bag. Sealed storage in dry, dust-proof and cool place. |
