Use Characteristics HiDispersion TiO2-80 is a dispersion of titanium dioxide for use in all white, or light colored, rubber compounds where the quality of the dispersion is critical. HiDispersion TiO2-80 is especially useful in printing blankets, roll compounds, copy machine belts and other rubber compounds where surface defects cannot be tolerated. HiDispersion TiO2-80 also provides a degree of protection against sunlight and ultraviolet light damage in white and light colored compounds where the filler loading is low Processing Advantages The thermoplastic, excellent compatible EPDM/EVA binder which is combined with active dispersing promoters allows much more easily and quickly incorporation and excellent dispersion in the rubber mixing. In this way, optimal activity of the effective TiO2 is assured. Dosage levels 5 -10 phr Applications White and light colored rubber compounds of all types..
