high-temperature-amylase is extracted from fermented deeply bacillus licheniformis.it can freely hydrolyze starch,hepatin and dissolve alpha-1,4 glucose glycosidic linkage which is in substance.meanwhile,it can reduce the viscosity of gelatineous starch solution,produce dissolved dextrine and oligosaccharide.glucose and malt sugar can be produce if it is hydrolyzed excessively.this enzyme can resist exemely high heat,and it has been used in beer brewing,alcohol production,producing monosodium glutamate,starch sugar,etc. |
