High styrene rubber, it is white solid, and its structural formula is:

—(CH2—CH=CH—CH2)m—(CH—CH2)n—

This product has favorable mechanical property and elasticity. Has favorable compatibility with natural rubber, butadiene rubber and butadiene styrene rubber.

Performance and Uses

Bound styrene content is 60-65%. This product is non-toxic, odorless, flammable, and it has low impurity content and stable performance. It can empower products with better ageing resistance, higher hardness and rigidity, higher mechanical strength and tear strength.

n this product can be used in

l high strength leather imitation shoe sole and foaming microporous shoe sole;

l Light colored tire for high grade bike;

l Electrical insulating materials;

n It can be used with butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, and chloroprene rubber adhesive to produce high-hardness and oil resistant rubber products;

n Toughening modification of ABS and AS plastics;

n Reinforcing agent for other rubbers, dosage is 25-50%;
