【Uses】ly-350 is dispersion of retarding agent, used in polyester fabric disperse dyeing process.
【Physical and Chemical Properties】 Appearance: yellow viscous liquid Ionicity: non-anion PH value: 7-8 Chemical composition: organic lipid complexation. 【Features】 1, Dyed polyester leveling agent in fiber surface to form layer of uniform film, thereby reducing uptake rate to achieve effect of leveling. 2, Performance of high temperature dispersibility, and stability is well adapted to polyester high temperatures 140℃ pressure dyeing. 3, Have little effect to dye bath additives, carrier, softener dyeing auxiliaries. 4, Biodegradable, does not contain harmful chemicals. 5, It soluble in hot water, low foaming, suitable for injection color machine. 6, Lubrication, reducing production crease. 【Use】Leveling agent ly-350 can slow disperse dyes in dye bath fast dye dispersion and migration dyeing, uniform color of dyed fabric. 【Note】Disperse dyes leveling agent ly-350 lubrication, stain, you may need to add lubricant. 【Package】120Kg plastic drum |
