Payment Method: T/T or L/C Product characteristics: Impact modifier ACR product is impact resistant modifier, a new generation of PVC acrylic, core-shell structure and core layer of glass transition temperature of -40 DEG C -50 C, it sets the impact resistance and improve the processing in one, can increase the product surface gloss, improve product of weathering and aging resistance performance, especially suitable for outdoor system product. Its characteristics: 1、Excellent weather resistance. (xenon arc weathering apparatus 3000h, impact strength unchanged) 2、The excellent shock resistance 3、The processing of the good, without the use of processing aids, wide processing range, high rate of qualified products 4、The heat low shrinkage, high surface smoothness 5、Most suitable for high speed extrusion Index: The apparent density of 0.40-0.50 (g/cm3): volatile (%): ≤ 1.5 Particle size (40 standard sieve through%) ≥ 98 Application: Used for forming PVC profiles, non transparent sheet, pipe, pipe fittings. Packing&Storage Packed in weaved bag, lined with PE bag, 25kg in weight. It should be stored in a cool and dry place with good ventilation. The expiring date is 12 months from the date of produced,but can be used if passed inspection after 12 month. |
