[Description] Alternate names: KGF1, KGF-1, FGF7, FGF-7, HBGF7, Fibroblast growth factor-7. KGF-1 is a heparin binding growth factor, which stimulates the proliferation of a wide variety of cells including mesenchymal, neuroectodermal and endothelial cells.
