Fixing standard operating: first diluted acetic acid into bath, pH adjust to about 4.5, OK-N35 dissolved with hot water (above 80 °C), and pour into dosing tank, control temperature on 50-60 ℃, then LUY dilution dissolved into bath at 70-80 °C for 20-30 minutes to solid color, after solid color, wash to clean with soft water. |
