Identification:
1) Add silver nitrate solution to Lappaconite h/b solution, light yellow curdy
precipitate appears.
2) Maximum absorption is at the wavelength of 246nm and 252nm.
3) Drip 1 drop of Dragendorff testing solution to Lappaconite h/b solution, bisque
precipitate appears

Solubility:
Soluble in methanol, slightly soluble in water, little soluble in ethanol, insoluble in chloroform.

Melting point: 217-221℃
Specific rotation: +29.5~32.5°
Assay: 96% min.
Moisture: 0.5% max.
