Low formaldehyde no-iron finishing agent LY-3538 is multi-carboxylic acid compounds, appearance of transparent liquid. PH value is 1 to 2, soluble in cold water. 【Features and Benefits】 Characteristics Advantages Good shape memory Shrink proof and wrinkle-free, appearance stiff and smooth, do not need to re-ironing after washing, pressure line to maintain permanent Effectively improve fabric performance index fabric elasticity increased by 70 to 90% strength retention rate is 70 to 80% level stiffness above 3.5 Do not affect the appearance of fabric plump soft feel, good washable and wear resistance, high temperature non-yellowing, no flare phenomenon 【Application methods】 Methods for low formaldehyde no-iron finishing agent LY-3538 to treating fabrics have pre-cure, post-cure and garment finishing three methods, specific usage and dosage depend on fabric situation. Formulation Process Process design make low formaldehyde no-iron finishing agent LY-3538 and catalyst LY-3538A ratio is 2:1. (For Example: mangle expression is 60 to 80%): General formula: no-iron agent LY-3538 80~160g/L recommended formula: no-iron agent LY-3538 100g/L Catalyst LY-3538A of 40 ~~ 80g/L Catalyst LY-3538A 50g/L L Softener 30 ~ 50g/L softener 40g/L Preparation of working fluid First add 3/5 of water, stir and add low formaldehyde no-iron finishing agent LY-3538, then add the catalyst LY-3538A, finally stir and add softener, and add water to the formulated dosage. Process (1) Pre-cure: Fabric (pH = 6.5 to 7) → padding finishing solution (rolling rate 60 to 80%, bath temperature: room temperature) → drying (80 to 100 °C) → baking (160 ℃×3min or 150 ℃×6min) → finished Note: ① Weaving best after washing, make clean, dry humidity consistent, without alkali. ② Drying best is hot air drying, if dry with bake barrel, at first a few baking barrels should not be too hot to avoid swimming shift, crusts, feel stiff. ③ Baking temperature and time determined by thickness and density of fabric. Such as baking temperature is 160 ℃, baking time: 32 cotton fabric 150 to 180 seconds, 21 to 32 cotton fabric 160 seconds to 210 seconds, below 21 cotton fabric 180 to 240 seconds. (2)Post-cure: Fabric padding finishing solution → provisions of moisture content → baking and rolling (wrap in plastic film to prevent to lose moisture during transport or place) → cutting garments → high temperature (175 ~ 185 ℃ 30 ~ 40 seconds, as required smooth or produce pleats sewn) → baking room baking (160 °C×3 ~~ 6min; or 150 °C×6 ~ 12min 140 °C×12 to 30min, baking time determined by thickness and density of fabric) Pros: fabric smooth, dimensional stability, can produce durable pleated seam, seams may wrinkle, but rarely. Disadvantages: high cost of clothing baking. Fabric after playing volume easy to appear early fixed form before transportation and clothing, lead to yardage roll difficult to remove wrinkles and Pressing formed pleats sewn remain poor. (3)Garment finishing: Stained clothing impregnated finishing liquid → centrifugal dewatering (recycling residue) → drum dried (60 ~ 80 ℃, drying to contain influx about 20%) → steam iron ironing → Pressing Machine press(175 to 185℃ press 30 seconds) → curing (160 ℃×3 ~ 6min; or 150℃×6 ~~ 12min; or 140 ℃ × 12 ~ 30min, baking time determined by thickness and density of fabric) → cooling (clothing out of drying oven, natural cooling at room temperature) → packaging Advantages: Due to garment factory processing object is usually untreated fabric, unlike post-cure process processing object is sensitized fabrics, do not worry about appear early fixed form phenomenon. Disadvantages: high cost, difficult process control. 【Note】 • Garments must through washing, to remove additives and other impurities on fabric to make clean without alkali. • Put garments into dipping tank prepared working solution(bath ratio 1:6-12), so that completely soak (dip about 15-30 minutes), and then take out into dryer dehydration, so that garment with liquid control at 70% -100%. • Taking into account fabric varieties, final use, equipment and thermometer error and other factors, it is recommended that first do sample and bulk sample experiments then determine production process. |
