EBS is widely used as a lubricant, release agent, and opener because of its excellent lubricity, adhesion, and antistatic properties, as well as significantly improving the dispersancy of plastics or fillers. Adding this product in plastic processing can improve the solubility and fluidity of resin, improve work efficiency, make up for the lack of mold finish, make the product bright, uniform, bright color; 2) This product can be used as anti-viscidity agent for various polymer thin moulds or plates. When this product is added to blow molding, it can not only prevent the appearance of bubbles (fish eyes), but also make plastic bags smooth and easy to smell. 3) As a lubricant, this product has excellent internal and external lubrication performance, and has a good synergistic effect with lubricants such as advanced alcohols, fatty acid ester calcium stearate and paraffin. In the process of fluororubber, the energy of colloidal particles to lift, process and vulcanize plastics can be increased. 7) EBS addition in paint production can improve the uniform dispersion of pigments and fillers, improve the leveling property of baking surface, prevent peeling of paint, and improve water resistance and acid resistance.
