Applicitoin:

1.Can be used for cream, emulsion, baby supplies, prevent bask in article, 
shampoo, wet towel and resident type and wash type products, widely used 
in oil in water, water-in-oil emulsion system and water soluble formula. 
2.General the adding amount of 0.1 ~ 0.2%, when using soluble in water phase 
or emulsion system, in less than 50℃ to join.
