Molecular sieve Application:
Molecular sieves are mainly used for the drying of natural gas and various chemical gases and liquids, refrigerants, pharmaceuticals, electronic materials and volatile materials, argon purification, separation of methane, ethane and propane. The 3A molecular sieve is mainly used for the drying of unsaturated hydrocarbons such as petroleum pyrolysis gas, ethylene and butadiene; drying of polar liquids such as methanol and ethanol, drying of refrigerants; deep drying of kerosene and aero engines; drying of nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gases . Petrochemical, vacuum glass and other industrial desiccants. The 4A molecular sieve is one of the most industrially used molecular sieves. It is mainly used for the deep drying of gases and liquids such as air, natural gas alkanes, and refrigerants; preparation and purification of argon; pharmaceutical packaging, electronic components and perishable substances. Static drying; dehydrating agents in paints, dyes, and coatings. The 5A molecular sieve can adsorb normal hydrocarbons and alcohols. High stability in weak acid media. It can be used as drying and refining of petroleum, chemical, natural gas and other industrial gases. 13X molecular sieve can adsorb molecules with larger critical diameter, mainly used for drying and purifying gas, purification of raw material gas of air device, and can effectively adsorb carbon dioxide, water, organic sulfide and other substances in the air. |
