Item No.: SilibaseSR-6033 Performance and Use: SilibaseSR-6033 Methyl Silicone Resin Intermediate is a solid pure methyl silicone resin with very high silica content. It has excellent heat resistance and produces very little smoke. It has high reactivity, strong adhesive property, high hardness and good scratch resistance. Main Specifications: ● Exterior: Colorless to pale yellow, transparent, solid ● Solubility in Toluene (150℃, 1h): Clear and transparent ● Softening Point (℃): 95~110 Scope of Application of SilibaseSR-6033 Methyl Silicone Resin Intermediate: ● Widely used in the insulation bonding of laminates. ● Widely used in electrical resistance insulation coatings, providing excellent temperature resistance while giving excellent stability (no smoke, no cracking) and scratch resistance. Packaging and Storage: ● The packaging form is generally 50kg, 25kg plastic lined paper drum; ● Storage conditions are recommended to be 5~36℃, sealed storage in a cool dry environment, the corresponding shelf life is generally 12 months from the date of production. Construction Reference: ● If the coating or binder is prepared by the solvent method, it is recommended to use toluene or xylene as the solvent, and the resin is fully dissolved after the resin is dissolved. The dissolution process can be moderately heated (≤60℃), and it is necessary to use a 200 mesh filter cloth before use.
