NGP-SG103 SS316 Tanged Reinforced Graphite Sheet
Manufactured from flexible graphite foil mechanically clinched to a 0.004" (0.1 mm) thick stainless steel tanged (perforated) metal sheet - SS316/316L insert. It has good compressibility and resilience, excellent sealing property for microscopic surface irrgeularities and long working life. Recommended to use in pipework and vessels in the chemical and petrochemical industries and power stations. Minimum 99% purity graphite foil Thickness range 1.0mm to 4.0mm Mechanically bonded laminate. No adhesive used Optimum material for thermal cycling applications and where vibration is a problem Withstands high compressive stresses Greater recovery characteristics than flat metal reinforcement Improved blow-out resistance Difficult to cut by traditional methods, best results obtained by abrasive water-jet cuttingfor a smooth safe edge finish Maximum service temperature 500 Deg C in oxidising conditions Maximum service temperature 800 Deg C in inert and reducing conditions Maximum service pressure 200 Bar Can be used at cryogenic temperatures Compressibility 30 to 35% Recovery 15 to 20% Standard Sheet Size: 1000mm x 1000mm , 1000mm x 1500mm 1000mm x 2000mm , 1500mm x 1500mm Thickness: 1.0mm ~ 5.0mm Special specification can be production for require. |
