Quantity: 500Metric Tons SMLB-PB2 Polymer drill beads are used into the drilling mud as lubricant to prevent from sticking. They can be added into water-based, oil-based and synthetic-based drilling mud system, effectively reduce the friction of the mud filter cake, decrease the torque and drag, lower the risk of sticking thus improve the effectiveness of the drilling. The properties can be adjusted according to the specific situation, customizing service is available. SMLB-PB2 is transparent to semitransparent white plastic beads with good elasticity, high compressive strength, non-foaming and non-abrasive properties. When in use, there no oil sheen; it’s not soluble in water, oil, acid and alkali. In drilling mud, it is environmentally friendly due to its inert property so it will not react with other ingredients. It is non-toxic, safe to human-being.
