It turns into stearic acid when hydrogenated, and has the general chemical properties of carboxylic acid and unsaturated double bonds. Application: It is used in the manufacture of surfactants, plasticizers, synthetic detergents, dimer acid, polyamide, alkyd resin; Also used in printing ink, paints, coatings, textiles and daily chemical industry. |
