It is used in solvent and resin systems covering low polarity to high polarity range. Compared with CP-22, CP-23 behaves better dispersion and wider application range. Wide application range, fit for most polarity solvent. Fine dispersion and particle size. Good self-activated property, Polar activator can be eliminated Gel is very transparent and of light color. Thixotropy with low viscosity. High anti-settling and anti-sag performance. Excellent anti-settling and anti-sag performance. Application Paints including top grades paint, decorative paint, industrial paint. Inks Grease. Cosmetics. Sealants and adhesive. Using CP-23 behaves superior dispersion in most of solvent. It can be added directly in powder under high shear condition. Addition level is commonly 0.2%~2.0% (7%-15% in greases) of total formulation by weight. Polar activator can be eliminated, but small dosage of polar activator is helpful to achieve better performance. High shear is helpful for quick dispersing.
