Item No.: SilibaseRA-4112 Product Description: SilibaseRA-4112 PU Filter Release Agent is oil-based mold dope for PU filter foam, efficiently added polymer chemicals compounded to meet lubrication and release requirement, has excellent release force and moulding protection, so that it has unique lowest surface tension, sprayed on the mold has good adhesion Capabilities of SilibaseRA-4112 PU Filter Release Agent: ● Appearance：Colorless Transparent Liquid ● PH value：7.0 ~ 7.3 ● Density：0.98-1.05 g/ml ● Dilution ratio (by weight)：1:20 mix naphtha/n-hexane/gasoline ● Working temperature：30℃-60℃ ● Material content：99.8% Feature of SilibaseRA-4112 PU Filter Release Agent: ● Non-stick mold, excellent release properties and higher release times. ● Improve productivity: Protect the mold from carbon deposition, more than 10,000 release times without white residues and less to clean the mold. Usage Instruction: ● Mold temperature higher than 30 degrees before use release agent. ● SilibaseRA-4112 PU Filter Release Agent is concentrated need to dilute, is sprayed evenly onto the mold. ● Recommend to using a small-caliber gun, air pressure is greater than 0.3Mpa. ● Adjust spray gun, the discharged liquid mist. Packing Type: 25kgs/barrel, 170kgs/drum Valid time: Sealed and stored at room temperature for at least 18 months from manufacture date. |
