Item No.: SilibasePU-9830 What Is It: SilibasePU-9830 PU Foam Silicone Additives is a silicon - carbon bond, non-hydrolyzable polysiloxane - polyether copolymer, a dedicated one-component polyurethane foam. It provides excellent emulsification, to ensure uniform mixing of the components in the formulation, the effect to stabilize the cell. Characteristic: ● Foam stabilizer has excellent emulsifying ability and foam stability. ● Foam cell enables generation of a uniform, while it provides a strong shear stability, and to reduce void phenomenon. Especially in low polar filler recipe can improve the stability of the foam. ● Provide good resilience foam, especially for the low proportion of black material system. ● Recommendation 100 per reactant SilibasePU-9830 PU Foam Silicone Additives is added in an amount of 1.5-2.5 parts.
