DESCRIPTION Pancreatin is a kind of composite enzyme obtained by extraction, refine and compound. It contains protease, lipase and amylase etc. with strong protein and fat resolve ability. It has been widely used in food, medical, brewing, textile and leather industry etc. CHARACTERISTICS Thanks to the strict concentration limit of microbe and heavy metal by using the biotechnology and the membrane separation technique, our cellulase can achieve food grade Pancreatin has excellent stability in high temperature and weak alkaline condition. SPECIFICATIONS Powder: 4,000u/g (Formulations are supplied as per customer requirements) APPLICATION FIELD Food industry (HAP extract for meat/bone by-product, sea food and other extract;), Laundry industry; Dairy industry. USAGE The suitable pH is 7.5-8.5. The optimum temperature : 50oC SAFETY If in-taking the enriched enzyme powder or droplet, allergic may appear. Sensitivity to the skin, eyes and mucous membrane tissue is caused by long-time touch. |
