This PBTCB which developed by our company, has the same functional group with PBTCA. Specifications Appearance: Colorless to light yellow transparent liquid Density(20℃,g/cm3): ≥1.25 PH(1% Aqueous Solution): ≤2.5 Solid Content(%): ≥48 Phosphorus Acid (As PO33-) %: ≤0.50 Orthophosphoric Acid (As PO43-)%: ≤0.40 2. Performance & Characteristics 1. This product has excellent performance on scale and corrosion inhibition, which is better than PBTCA. It is suitable for all kinds of industrial circulating water system, can be widely used in the scale inhibitor compound formula, also can be used as the chelating agent and metal cleaning agent in the washing industry . 2. It has a good performance interworking with zinc salt. 3. Low phosphorus content, the same content as PBTCA, it’s suitable for the low phosphorus formula, and conforms to environmental protection requirements. 4. It has low cost and superior cost performance. 3. Dosage PBTCB is commonly used with other water treatment agents, such as zinc salt, copolymer, organophosphorus and azole. When it is used alone, its dosage is 5 ~ 20 mg/L. 4. Package & Storage This product is packed in 25 kg or 200 kg with plastic drum, should be stored in a cool and dry place, and valid for one year. |
