Property:Colorless irritating fuming liquid with pungent odor, relative density 1.675, melting point 2℃,boiling point 105.3℃. Soluble in chlorine gas and phosphorus pentachloride and presents reddish yellow. Irritating to eyes.Toxicity Protection: It is toxic, irritating and corrosive. It is irritating to eyes, mucosa. The operator should wear protective equipments, wear filtered gas mask to protect skin and eyes. Use: It is one of the main raw materials for the production of high purity silica fiber. It is mainly used in the production of integrated circuit, solar cell and electronic component. It can be widely used in photovoltaic and IC industry. Packing, Storage & Transportation: Specification 500ml/bottle, 600ml/bottle, 1000ml/bottle, 1500ml/bottle, with wood frame outside, fill pearl sponge between bottles and frame. The packing should have obvious‘toxic product’and‘corrosive product’mark. It is grade I inorganic acid corrosive product, IMDG No.: GB 8.1 type 81040. Keep in cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, the container should be tightly sealed and away from heat and fie. Separate from inflammable, hygroscopic articles. To protect from rain and sunlight.
