Improve animal healthy Pecozyme Pecozyme Phytase 5000IU for animal use Pecozyme Phytase is a new type of fermentation enzyme for monogastric animals, especially for livestock and poultry. It can degrade phytate and degrade phosphorus phytate (inositol-hexaphosphate, IP 6) into inosito and inorganic phosphoric acid, so as to improve feed phosphorus utilization rate and reduce the usage of inorganic phosphorus in feed. Pecozyme® Phytase is a research achievement of China 863 State Program, which means the most advanced technology in China. Through gene engineering methods, it cloned and reformed the phytase coding genes screened from natural strains and suitable for use in feed. Then through highly efficient bio-reactor, Pichia pastoris, Pecozyme® Phytase is expressed and released by the bio-reactor. The production technology of Pecozyme® Phytase takes the lead in the world, possesses the independent intellectual property right and has passed the strict state evaluation of safety experiment. Based on the different appearance and production process, there are 4 types of Pecozyme® Phytase: Powder, Granular, Coated and Liquid. PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL DATA Appearance Light yellow or white Granular Loss on drying No more than 10% Particle size 60 mesh No less than 90% Pass Enzyme Activity 2500U/g,5000U/g,10000U/g and higher 250 000U/g FUNCTIONS Decrease the dosage of dicalcium phosphate in the feedstuff and the feed cost. Improve the utilization of feedstuff for digestion, and enhance the productivity of animals. Reduce the content of phosphorus in the excretion and the environmental pollution. ACTION MECHANISM Phytase can degrade phytic acid and phytate, and release phosphoric acid, inositol, mineral elements, protein, amino acid, starch and liposome and so on, so as to increase the digestibility of them. The following pictures indicate the degradation of phytic acid and phytate by phytase.
