Application:
Series ZY high vacuum insulating oil purifier is specially designed for purification of aging transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, capacitor oil as well as for other electrical insulating liquids. The process maintains the oil's dielectric strength, removes free, soluble water, air-gases and particulate matter. Features: 1. This machine is small, hi-efficient and convenient. It can live operate with electrical, vacuum oil the power equipment and dry moisture of power equipment. 2. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water and gas from oil. 3. It has efficient electric heating system which is safe and reliable with features of uniform heating and less power consumption. 4. Double-infrared liquid level sensor and pressure protective system ensure the machine operates easily and safely. 5. It adopts interlocked protective system, connecting oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, which can avoid blank heating, blank pumping, oil and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically. 6. It can be used by combining with BZ insulating oil regeneration device to decolor and remove acid, oxide, free carbon and it has lower dielectric loss, making the treated oil more transparent. Advantages: Series ZY is efficient and economical insulating oil purifier. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, unique and advanced dewatering and degassing components, make work efficiency 3-5 times higher than traditional oil purifier.
