The addition of thiuram and thiazole accelerators retards the start of the vulcanization and increases processing safety. HiDispersion® ZDMC-80 gives a longer scorch time and a faster total curing time than ZDBC-80, ZDEC-80 and ZEPC-80. HiDispersion® ZDMC-80 receives an additional activation from basic accelerators. ZDMC-80 is also used in small amounts for secondary acceleration and for the activation of mixes, which are going to be cured with mercapto or thiuram accelerators. HiDispersion® ZDMC-80 provides very good tensile and resilience properties. For improving the resistance to ageing, it is recommended to add antioxidants Processing Advantages The thermoplastic, excellent compatible EPDM/EVA binder which is combined with active dispersing promoters allows much more easily and quickly incorporation and excellent dispersion in the rubber mixing. In this way, optimal activity of the effective ZDMC is assured. Dosage levels NR: 0.3 0.8 phr; as secondary accelerator: 0.05 - 0.3 phr; SBR and NBR: 0.8 - 1.2 phr; as secondary accelerator: 0.05 - 0.3 phr. Applications Suitable for technical rubber articles based on NR, EPDM, IR, SBR, NBR or IIR. Specially for light-colored articles and transparent articles. Packaging Net 25 kg cartons with plastic inner. Storage stability In original closed containers under cool and dry conditions max. 2 years.
