HiDispersion ZDTP-50causes a high degree of cross-linking. Vulcanizates accelerated by HiDispersion ZDTP-50 show no signs of blooming when observing the recommendation for the maximium dosage. With the use of HiDispersion ZDTP-50 accelerator systems can be obtained that exhibit a very good processing safety and storage stability of the accelerated raw compounds. As an ingredient of EV systems HiDispersion ZDTP-50 can be used to accelerate the vulcanzation of NR, IR, SBR, NBR, IIR etc. The vulcanizates are then characterized by exceptionally good resistance to heat. HiDispersion ZDTP-50 is used as a secondary accelerator in the sulphur vulcanization of EPDM and NR in combination with sulphen amides, thiazoles and thiurams. It does not build secondary amines during the vulcanization process which can form hazardous N-nitrosamines. Processing Advantages The thermoplastic, excellent compatible EPDM/EVA binder which is combined with active dispersing promoters allows much more easily and quickly incorporation and excellent dispersion in the rubber mixing. In this way, optimal activity of the effective liquid ZDTP is assured. Dosage levels NR: ZDTP-50:2.0-3.4 phr, TMTM-80:0.3-0.6 phr, MBTS-80:0.6-0.9 phr, S-80:0.3-0.6 phr EPDM:ZDTP-50:2.0-3.4 phr, TMTD-80:0.3-1.0 phr,MBT-80:0.6-1.9 phr, S-80:1.2-3.2 phr Nitrosamine free EPDM:ZDTP-50 :2.0-3.4 phr, TBzTD-80:0.3-1.0 phr,MBT-801.2-1.9 phr, S-80:1.2-2.2 phr Applications Technical moulded and extruded articles of all kinds, e.g. sheets, buffers, dock fenders, profiles Packaging Net 25 kg cartons with plastic inner.
