Applied to connective tissue disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, myasthenia polymyositis, severe bronchial asthma, dermatomyositis, vasculitis allergic diseases, acute leukemia, malignant lymphoma, and other adrenal corticosteroids Disease . 【Note】 1. Tuberculosis, acute bacterial or viral infection patients must be given the appropriate anti-infective therapy. 2. Long-term medication, withdrawal should be tapering. 3. Diabetes, osteoporosis, liver cirrhosis, kidney dysfunction, used with caution in patients with hypothyroidism. [Usage and dosage] 1. Oral generally 5 ~ 10mg (1 ~ 2 tablets), day 10 ~ 60mg (2 ~ 12 pieces). 2. For systemic lupus erythematosus, stomach syndrome, ulcerative colitis, autoimmune hemolytic anemia and other autoimmune diseases, can give 40-60mg daily, in stable condition after tapering. 3. Of drug-induced dermatitis, urticaria, bronchial asthma and other allergic diseases, can give prednisone 20-40mg daily, to alleviate the symptoms after the reduction, reduce 5mg every 1-2 days. 4. To prevent organ transplant rejection, usually 1-2 days before surgery began daily oral 100mg a week after surgery to daily 60mg and then gradually reducing. 5.
