Ball mill is the key equipment smashing the material which has been broken. Ball mill is widely used in cement, Portland products, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous and nonferrous metal mineral processing and glass ceramics production industry,and operates dry or wet grinding on all kinds of ores and other materials which may be grinding.
The working principle of ball mill:this machine is of horizontal cylindrical rotating device,with gear transmission, the outer two warehouse,grate ball mill. Material evenly enteres into first warehouse of the mill from feeding device through the hollow shaft spiral,and there are ladder plate or corrugated plate in the first warehouse,with different specifications of steel ball.Centrifugal force produced by the rotation of clinder throws the steel ball to a certain height and makes it fall,having blow and grinding effect on material.Material reaching coarse grinding in the first positions ebteres into the second warehouse through the single warehouse board.There is a flat plate with the steel ball grinding material further.Powder is discharged through the unloading board, finishing grinding operation. The structure characteristic of ball mill:the ball mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotary part, transmission part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor, electrical control) and other major parts.Hollow shaft adopts cast steel and removable lining,and rotary wheel adopts gear hobbing machining of castings, and the cylinder body with wear resistant lining board, has a good wear resistance. |
