Quantity: 1Metric Tons Payment Method: T/T Product description Name: N- -2- tert butyl benzothiazole sulfonamide Molecular formula: C11H14N2S2 Formula weight: 238.37 Use: TBBS(NS) is a Vulcanized accclerator with delayed action for crude rubber, polybutadiene, iso butyl rubber, SBR, and reconverted rubber. Especially suitable for carbon black containing high alkalinity, safe at operating temperature, it has excellent anti coking performance, good elongation strength, curing time is short, can increase the proportion of the use of synthetic rubber. Low toxicity and high efficiency, an ideal substitute for NOBS, has excellent combination property, known as standard accelerator. Can be used together with aldehyde amine, guanidines, thiurams. Constitute a good curing system when be used with antiscorcher. Mainly used in tyres, rubber hose, adhesive tape, cables etc.. Packing: 25 kg net weight in braided bag lined with plastic bag. Storage: Set ventilation and dry place, Packaged products should avoid direct sunlight. |
