SFO-301 high-efficiency sizing oil consists of refined mineral oils, several surfactants and antistatic agents. It has excellent smoothness property and can decrease friction coefficient and enhance antistatic property ,thus improving weaving efficiency.
Property The product has good water solubility and can be mixed with hot water in all proportions resulting in a milk white appearance. It has good compatibility with different sizing adhesives and no oily stains occur. Better smoothness and decreasing static accumulation. The product has powerful hardwater resistance Main technical index Appearance：light yellow or yellowbrown oily liquid Ionicity：nonionic Active ingredient: ≥95% pH value：7 Solubility：2% solution above 60℃ has a milk white appearance. Better emulsifying property will be obtained as the temperature increases. The emulsion at 95℃has no oil-floating and stratified phenomenon. Compatibility:better compatible with PVA and modified starch sizes. Application and dosage The product can be added into the cooking bath above 60℃ and its operation is quite convenient. Recommended dosage: usually 2-3% on weight of adhesives, also can adjust according to requirements of warp sizing. Packing Packing：20kg,40kg in plastic drum Shelf life：Six months |
