SILFOAM SD 100 TS is 100% active ingredient content and hydrophilic component, excluding water. Because of its self-emulsifying property, form stable dispersion emulsion in cold water. Product technical specifications Appearance: milky white liquid Solid content: 100% pH: approximately 9 Ionic cationic Water dispersible: Full dispersed Application Features SILFOAM SD 100 TS focus on applying to high-temperature, high shear, high concentrations inorganic processing operations for textiles, can be applied to high-temperature and high-pressure jet dyeing process. To ensure security of process, do performance test before pre-production. Formula stoste SILFOAM SD 100 TS can be used as diluted formulations stoste, has longer storage life and very good performance. Preparation formula For prepare 20% emulsion (containing acrylic resin thickener): 77.5 parts of deionized water 20 parts of SILFOAM SD 100 TS 0.6 – 1.0 parts ACRYSOL TT 615, precisely mix then add 1.0 – 1.5 parts of 4% ige NaOH stir until uniform emulsion. Detecting emulsion pH values, so that pH adjust to 7 - 8 range, propose to add 0,24% PREVENTOL P301 or formalin as preservative. Application Process 0.1% to 0.5% (Specific amount depends on the blistering degree of working fluid to adjust) Storage methods Avoid sunlight, place in ventilation and cool place. SILFOAM SD 100 TS under conditions of intact and 5 °C to 30 °C can store for eight months. The best use deadline on product label.
