SNF Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Concrete Agent also called as low sulphide & high effect concrete admixture. It has the characteristics of retarding, super-plasticized, high water-reducing rate, less loss of slump. It is very effective concrete admixture to adopt in high temperature area. Main Features ◆ Excellent effect of retarding: It can be used in retarding the setting of concrete for 2 hours to 36hours, and initial setting and ultimate hardening almost happen at the same time, so that it’s convenient for conveying at long distance. ◆ With the water-reducing rate of 15%-25%, it can improve the flowability, permeation-proofing ability, and the workability of concrete, concrete compression resistant, and other physical mechanics will be also gained. ◆ In same slump maintained and equal strength, Reduces cement dosage by 15%-25% without altering compression strength and slump. can significantly reduce project cost. Standards SNF has been formulated to accord with BS5075 for mass concrete water reducing agent, also conforms to GB8076-1997, ASTM C494 and Chinese Standard’s Cement(P.O.42.5). Typical performance SNF can significantly improve initial and final set strength of cement concrete. It also gets less loss of slump and improves workability of the concrete more than traditional cement concrete water reducing agent. The lower content of Na2SO4, in the admixture, will lead to meet the requirement of the special cement concrete engineering project in the coastland and high saline-alkali area.
