For the pre-treatment of yarn, towelling, knitted fabrics, and woven fabrics . Recommended Dosage Batch equipment:? bath ratio: 1: 10 ; Temperature: 100°C; time: 60 Minutes; dosage: 3-6%(O.W.F)? thin fabric thick fabric 35-40g/L Refining enzyme 25-35g/L 3-6g/L bath 2# 2-4g/L 10g/L H2O2(100%) 10g/L pre-treatment 6-8 Temperature 100°C bath ratio 1: 1.5-2 Refining enzyme 10-12.5g/L oxygen bleaching 2# 2-5g/L H2O2(27.5%) 30-40g/L NaOH(96%) 15-25g/L Packing and Storage Sealed tightly, kept in plastic bag. Stored in a cool & dry place, no mix with the organic matter. 25kg/bag. Shelf period 12 months. |
