Alkali-resistant fiberglass Mesh Fire-resistant fiberglass Mesh Fiberglass mesh is made by C-glass or E-glass fibers woven roving as its basis material, and then treated with Acrylic Acid Copolymer liquid. The product is high in alkali-resistant, strength, it is widely used in reinforce cement, plastic, gypsum and waterproof. It is an ideal engineering material for construction field. Properties After 28 days immersion of 5% Na(OH) solution, the average retention rate for tensile fracture strength ¡s 70% 2. AR fiberglass roving It is alkali resistant roving which is used as reinforcement in cement and concrete. There are two kinds of roving saying by different ZrO2 content of 14.5% and 16.5%. As to usage, there are two types, one is premixed type and another is water-dispersed type. Specification Filament diameter: 13um Roving density: 2400 Tex or 4800 Tex Packing 20 pallets per 20’ container can load , 48 or 64 cartons per pallet(960 or 1280 kgs) ' total 19.2 or 25.6 tons. 3. AR fiberglass chopped strands We can chop roving into strands into certain length. In case of 6mm, it is 25kg/bag, 40bag/pallet, one 20’container can load 20pallets, total 20 tons. In case of 12mm, it is 20kg/bag, 40bag/pallet, one 20’container can load 20pallets, total 16 tons. In case of 24mm, it is 15kg/bag, 40bag/pallet, one 20’container can load 20pallets, total 12 tons. |
