Price:3-7 USD Kilograms Payment Method: T/T, L/C Characteristic CXX series of Silicone Defoamer is a new type and highly efficient antiforming agent, carefully designed and made by our company with several additives polymerized by our own. Easy to use and tailor-made emulsion available by preparations of users themselves. The preparation of final deformer in destination effectively reduce costs during transportation and packing. Suitable for defoaming applications under harsh conditions (strong alkali, strong acid and high temperature), with small dosage for lasting effect. It is non toxic, non corrosive, no negative side effect. Easy to use, stable to store and dilute. Several sub-grades available, including FZ (drilling mud), ZR (polluted water treatment), etc. Major Application CXX series of Silicone Antifoaming Agent is suitable to eliminate foam on many occasions: Foam prevention in drilling and extracting steps of oil industry; Antifoaming in water based metal working fluid, detergent, phosphate, etc in mechanical processing; Foam elimination in black liquor, cellulose pulp and waste water in papermaking industry; Deforming in waste water treatment in varieties of industries; Antiforming in emulsion, water based ink and painting. Typical Properties Appearance: Viscous oil, with lamination PH value: 6-9 Usage and Cautions Preparation of antiforming emulsion: Soft water or tap water added into antiform oil, slowly on the initial stage (at different times could also be accepted), completely and evenly stirring afterward. There’s a course when emulsion gets more viscous before becoming dilute again(A peak in viscosity could be observed). After the most viscous period, water velocity could be accelerated on condition that evenly stirring continues. Hard water forbidden. The proportion of preparation is: 1:5-1:10. Best effect could be obtained with high speed mixing equipment. The dosage of the deformer is determined by types and contents of media, generating foam. So, it is hammered out and fixed according to different foaming systems. Normally, 0.1-5 Kg will be added into 1 MT of foam liquid. Different of dosage and time of adding is subject to requirements for different foaming systems. The most economical dosage of deformer could be fixed through trials. FZ is the universal grade with good cost performance ratio and can be used in varieties of applications. ZR is applied where consistent antiforming required, DS and SL is suitable for where fast deforming is wanted. Precipitation or lamination is observed after storage and won’t affect quality after evenly homogenized. Package and Storage Plastic drums with 50Kg per package available; Room temperature storage with a shelf life of six months; Storage and transportation as non hazardous substance. |
