SilibasePU-7836 Silicone Oil for HR Molded Foam provides a higher foam stability, so that a uniform cell structure, reduce foam density gradient and down. Characteristic: ● And chunks for cold molded high resilience MDI system. ● Higher foam stability, especially in a high POP content system. ● Help eliminate surface cavities and surrounding vent collapse. Typical Physical Properties: ● Attributes: Numerical ● Exterior: Transparent liquid ● Density @25℃: 1.01±0.02g/cm3 ● Viscosity @25℃: 150-350CST ● Moisture%: ≤0.3 ● Flash point (closed cup): 58℃ Life and Storage: ● The product is valid for 12 months, more than 12 months may continue to use such testing qualified. ● The product shall be stored in a cool dry place, away from fire and heat. ● This product hypothermia become turbid, and even solidified.
