Characteristic S 771 CN is self-emulsifying silicone defoamers, can use directly for preparation of silicone antifoam emulsion.
Application S 771 CN and antifoam emulsion preparation by S 771 CN is particularly suitable for high temperature, high shear, but not strong alkaline conditions. Therefore, S 771 CN is ideal raw material to prepare defoamer having jet stability. Particularly recommend the following process of S 771 CN formulated defoamer: • high temperature polyester dyeing • use reactive dyes or disperse dyes polyester/cotton blended fabric dyeing Index Appearance milky paste Solid content 100% Diluted Reference Formulated with S 771 CN 5% solid content of emulsion is easy to use, has good dispersibility. Recommended formula 40 parts deionized water (I) 5 parts S 771 CN 55 parts deionized water (II) Preparation process Pour deionized water (I) into mixing bucket; start stirrer, speed at 500 revolutions per minute, add S 771 CN into deionized water (I), and stir for 15 minutes until formation of viscous, homogeneous slurry; Add deionized Water (II) slowly into the above paste hydrated slurry mixing and then continue to add water; If you save a long time, should be appropriate to add preservatives; preparation is complete, filter through a 0.4 mm sieve.
